"Hi! I’m Royce Vanderbilt, and my journey of resilience began in 2022, just one month after marrying my longtime girlfriend, when I suffered a traumatic spinal cord injury that initially left me paralyzed below the neck. Over the past two years, I’ve defied medical expectations, regaining much of my mobility through the unwavering support of my family and groundbreaking therapy with Maria in Portugal. To continue my progress, I have to travel to Portugal every six months for 4–5 weeks of intensive therapy, while also attending out-of-pocket sessions with Maria in the U.S. three times a week. These expenses - covering budget friendly airfare/lodging and treatment typically range from $7,000 to $10,000 per trip. Due to the severity of this injury and how it affects my body, I am currently unable to work. 

 

I am now creating in-depth social media content, sharing the specialized techniques and knowledge I’ve gained from Maria so that others who cannot access her expertise can still benefit.
